How to book : Use the "Services" tab to read the descriptions of each service you're interested in before booking, since you may not be able to once you start the booking process. Then, click the "Request" button below a service, or use the "Book Now" tab and select a service from the drop-down menu. To request multiple services (like a cut and color) in one appointment, use the green "Add Service" button below the drop-down menu (you may need to scroll up to see it). Choose a date and time, fill out your information, and include any notes or special info in the "About your Appointment" section.

As part of the booking process you will be asked to enter credit card info. This card is not used to pay for the appointment, and is only charged for no-shows. 

I have a firm 24-hour cancellation deadline and a 15-minute lateness policy.
