Due to the Covid-19 Regional Shelter-In-Place order, no clients can be seen until further notice. Clients will receive an e-mail when we reopen.
Clients will need to sign a liability waiver in advance, and follow all safety policies. These policies are required by health guidance and will keep all of us as safe as possible. Please read them carefully and prepare before your appointment, because I am required to refuse service to anyone who does not follow them. I am required to call clients to screen for Covid-19 exposure the day before their appointment. Please expect a phone call from me, and if you miss my call, please leave a voicemail or text answering the following screening questions :
-Have you been diagnosed with, exposed to, or tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days?
-Have you had contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with, exposed to, or tested positive for Covid-19?
-Have you had any symptoms of Covid-19, such as : Fever, chills, shaking, cough, sore throat, trouble breathing, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, muscle pain, headache, runny nose, or stomach upset, which have not been explained by other medical conditions?
-Have you followed guidelines to avoid transmission of Covid-19, such as wearing a mask, keeping a 6 foot social distance, and avoiding large gatherings?
Due to the increased costs of disinfecting, scheduling differently, and all the other precautions, a $10 “Covid-19 Safety” charge is being added to the cost of each appointment. It breaks my heart to charge more at a time when so many people are struggling, but I have no choice if I am to stay in business. This is not a permanent price change, and will only apply while the Covid-19 pandemic is ongoing.
